I took it a couple years ago before I went vegan and I came out at about my calendar age. I just took it again tonight, with new vegan lifestyle along with other lifestyle changes since 2 years ago I am over 3 years younger! My RealAge is 23.4, my calendar age is 26.6. There are still a few things I can do to lower it still further so I'll have to take it again in the near future to compare again. Do they have a fixed "endage" and then substract years based on your lifestyle thus giving you an estimate of how many years you have left? Mike Posted February 6, 2008 Share Posted February 6, 2008 Oh, no! I took it and it said I was 117!! I'm only supposed to be in my 20's! Just kidding. I haven't taken it, but my girlfriend has. She was raised vegan (and still is) and her RealAge is much less than her calendar age. It appears vegans have found the fountain of youth. It didn't take into account drug use (besides cigarettes and alcohol) which I thought was interesting.
