I want to bulk up but have had problems because I have little time during the day to work out and second I can't find anything to really keep me motivated except trying to get bigger. It seems that with shakes I got bigger but I ended up getting horrible heartburn from the unnatural protein. I have decided to follow a more vegan route. Where are good places to find good vegan nutrition for bulking up? Also any good routines? Guest Posted February 12, 2008 Share Posted February 12, 2008 Are you thin or just short. If your short it'll actually be easier to look bigger. On the nutrition side if you can stand to eat enough you really need not look further than the grocery store. But none of this will help if you can't get in the gym. BodhiDave85 Posted February 13, 2008 Share Posted February 13, 2008 Eat around 500-600 calorie meals every 2 -3 hours, and really focus on healthy fats, put NUTS in EVERYTHING. If you eat cooked food, use COCONUT OIL. Focus less on steady cardio and fast paced lifting and more on speed interval training and slower, bulking lifting movements.
