Guest
I hope this helps a lot. I'm thinking as of this moment it'll prevent some preemptive animal testing. The govt. still mandates it but this may stop some companies from testing animals right away...then going to the govt. and do more animal tests. Hopefully eventually these other techniques will show the govt. the animal tests are not half as good as a new more technical test and voluntary human testing. xbillyx
It's about time that these organizations kind of jump on board. Enough deliberation already. I blogged about this here if you're interested: http://vegtalk.blogspot.com/2008/02/is-end-to-animal-testing-in-sight.html
phillipeb
I too am happy that this sort of testing is coming about. The one thing it wont replace are neural studies on animals and other vivisection testing. When you are looking at a systemic influence instead of a reactionary influence we have along way to go.
