Eat Your Broccoli

Eating Broccoli is a great plan for bodybuilding. This picture encouraged a friend of mine to start eating broccoli, and she was only 4 years old at the time. She knew that if she ate broccoli, she would be healthy and strong like Robert

Aside from broccoli, some of my other favorite bodybuilding foods are:

Potatoes

Oats

Spinach

Tofu

Kidney beans

Chickpeas

Pinto beans

Lentils

Almonds

Walnuts

Peanut butter

ALL FRUITS (I love fruit)

 

Remember that bodybuilding is more than just lifting weights and posing up on stage. You gotta eat well to achieve a well balanced physique. Eat well balanced--look well balanced.
