robert Posted February 21, 2008 Share Posted February 21, 2008 I know we'd all like a "balanced" physique (well not all of us, but most) but deep down I bet each of us has a favorite muscle group we would love to have stand out. Any favorites? For me...it's gotta be legs. I'd love to get a big set of wheels and through some D's on em. I can't do a lot of heavy mass building movements for legs, but I'm doing what I can to make them grow. For me it would be Legs first and abs second as far as major stand out muscle groups.
