With a great response from my before and after I thought it would only be fair to show some pics of when I trained as an omni... so here are some pics of me through the years....

 

1989-1990

11 or 12 years old... (no training yet)

1992

14 years old (no training yet, but an awesome mullet!)

1998

19 or 20 years old (probably the thickest I've been, this was about a year after I got out of Marine Corps Recruit Training)

2000

22 years old (1st year as a lifeguard for a summer job)

2005

27 years old (Over the past 5 years from 2000, I was lifting off and on but nothing consistent, I had been down to 168 around 2003, and here in these pics I was about 175 and had been lifting for about 3-4 months but not consuming enough calories as I was pretty lean, I even had some separation in my biceps in the last pic)

After that summer '05, I stopped lifting and as you can see from my BEFORE AND AFTER PICS, I got pretty pathetic looking. I feel I'm the strongest I've been in a long time I owe alot of it to the vegan diet and the knowledge everyone has brought to this forum. Thanks I hope you enjoyed this little walk down my memory lane...

This is my favorite comment! I'm laughing out loud!

 

Great pics man! I love the outfits, the lack of muscle as a youth, then muscle later on as you got older and I like the previously displayed eye wear and the NEW Vegan Muscle too!

I can bring it back if you like?! I think a moustache or fu-man-chu would also add a certain bit of authoritativeness, no?

 

I like the previously displayed eye wear and the NEW Vegan Muscle too!

 

There will be more shades and more muscle to come.

What's the "seperation in the biceps" caused from? You've definitely changed your physique a ton! It's an awesome transformation to your current body, great job.

 

Lack of fat... there are two muscles in the bicep, you just start to see the separation between the two in that one pic. Thanks for the compliment... my body has gone through quite a few changes... hopefully the changes its going through now are for the best
