Just moisturize and you'll be fine...unless you have know issues with chlorine other than dry skin. The only people that tend to have those extreme issues with chlorine from pools are people that have been swimming competitively since childhood. For everyone else it just sucks a little. After swimming in chlorine water I look like I was involved in some freakish scientifc experiment. My whole body turns red and my hair gets extremely nappy. As for the skin thing you'll probably get used to that...its pretty normal for people with very fair skin. The swim cap should definitely solve the hair issue...if not you can always shave your head. I thought about shaving my head, but I look like I'm on chemo so I have to grow facial hair to balance that. I've experimented with just about every possible facial hair combination, and the goathee in my avatar seems to work the best. It takes me about 5 months to get the thickness right and about 2 -3 inches, and I dont know if I feel like doing that again.
