Lean and Green Posted April 19, 2008 Share Posted April 19, 2008 As some of you remember, I needed a fake moustache at the last minute for a party last friday. I thank you kindly for all who responded with ideas to help me. I wound up going all out, sometimes it's just like that! I took the faux fur pimp jacket out of retirement. It's been about 5 years since I donned it for any event. But every year one of my friends borrows it to be a pimp for Halloween and they wind up becoming the talk and envy of everyone. I am so happy I spent the $45 bucks I did on it at a transvestite shop in NYC 8 years ago. It is priceless, as you can see here, it stole the show and everyone wanted to wear it.... As you can see, I had a blast. I have a bike chain that I use as a wallet type chain when I board and it was strategically affixed for a good laugh. The fake moustache was secured on with velcro and it was made from my human hair colored extensions. The pimp jacket is faux fur, and it seems to work well faux parties, too. L/G, you've style, man. Like you mentioned in the other post, the first thing I thought of when I saw these pics was "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas." It looks like that party was a blast! Johnny Depp is my all time favorite actor and that is a classic movie. I take that as a huge compliment. Thank you for that. Johnny Depp is a phenominal actor and seems to be a cool guy, too. It was totally meant as a compliment. I'm pretty sure that reference was from the thread where you were asking for advice about your fake 'stache for the upcoming party. After the party, you posted a description of your outfit.
