beforewisdom
This poll was inspired by some thoughts I had the other day about the old American sitcom called "Cheers" For those of you who were too young to watch it when it came out and who never caught it in the inevitable reruns here is a snippet from Wikipedia Fromhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cliff_Clavin Clifford C. Clavin, Jr. was a character on the American television show Cheers, portrayed by John Ratzenberger. Cliff was a postal worker and Norm Peterson's best friend. He lived with his mother, Esther Clavin (Frances Sternhagen) in a two-story house, where Cliff spent his childhood. It was bulldozed after Esther sold her property and moved with her newfound nest egg to Florida. Cliff then moved into a small apartment of his own, in which the couch doubled as a bed. A chatter-box by nature, Cliff was well known as a storehouse of useless trivia, often of dubious veracity and bearing little relation to the conversation going on at the bar. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/thumb/8/8e/Cheers_cliff.jpg/200px-Cheers_cliff.jpg
cubby2112
My dad used to watch that show all the time when I was little, so I caught most of the episodes. Cliff and Norm were a great pair.

Trev
Without Cheers, we never would have had Moe's. Now, it's a little known fact....
Guest
I'm hoping Moe's is a bar. I've been to a Cheers bar and liked it a lot...I just don't want to watch it on TV.

Guest
Are you a fan of his new show??? I've only seen one show I even remotely liked because they were in a bike factory...thing is he didn't point out that less than 1% of treks bikes are made in the US. I'm saying this because you couldn't have actually liked his old show
