That's not necessarily true. Tuna cans ain't found in nature, and even this kind of tuna contains more fat than the 0 grams labelled. Also, ''3,25% fat'' milk is 3,25 grams per 100 grams of milk but 50% of the calories come from fat. The ''2% low-fat'' milk is actually 20% fat in terms of calories and the ''non-fat'' skimmed milk is 2%. Of course it would be possible to eat lots of proteins without eating too much calories by eating always the same foods like chicken breasts or separating the whites from eggs, or separating the gluten protein from wheat flour, but it is not normal and healthy to do so, and its not eating whole foods. If you eat whole foods, like whole eggs, whole milk or whole corpses, you get lots of fat and calories, not only proteins. There's so many animal foods with low fat/mostly protein. It's stupid to argue about on a vegan site though. -

No you don't. Meal timing really isn't relevant. Total calories and protein is. Do you have trouble eating a lot of food? If you do, get a lot of liquid calories. Is time the reason you have trouble? Eat bigger meals when you do have time. -

I injured my knee on hack squats, all i can do is extensions for the time being, so i love it. -
Nobody can really tell you how to train. But I'll give you some ideas. Since you're ecto, you probably wont store much fat, so 4k a day won't hurt you. I'd try it. Also, maybe cut down the days to 4-5 a week, and concentrate on intensity and shorter workouts, not so much more sets.
