  1. Yo man... Great great work... Hopefully you feel as accomplished as you look. My body type is a little skinnier than yours was but im basically trying to gain the way you have as far as bulking/cutting combo... more or less I am really trying to gain about 10 more lbs... i would love to pick your brain about some things I weigh about 187 on avg and would like to get to just under 2 bills, doing it all vegan of course. I would really appreciate if you helped me out with some of your lifting routines/dietary techniques. Thanks man, and congrats on your success

  3. How it goin? I'll make this short seeing as its midnight and i have work in 8 hours... I am really excited about this site.. It really helps to find support/communities out there like this. I have been vegan for about 3 years, started by getting off dairy and beef, then worked my way to eventual (unplanned) veganism... kinda did it backwards most go veg then do the dairy, but it worked out nicely and i really love it. There is really quite a large amount of vegan people here in Salt lake city im really kinda surprised the more i get out and see just how big it is here... We have a few restaurants that can stand with the best of em. Anyways, i will be getting on here periodically to update/check out whats going on. My goal this summer is to add 10 pounds of weight, currently im 6'1 and weigh 189-190 So i think with the right food intake and exercise i should be able to do it. I would love suggestions and advice on both if anyone has any.... thanks alot- glad to be here Bryan
