Squats 60x5 85x5 100x5 115x3 115x3 115x3 Bench Press 40x5 60x5 75x5 85x5 95x2 (+1) Pull-Ups x11 x7 x5 trained at devils plaything's gym today. i had only four hours of sleep, almost no real food before the work out and horrible clothes to wear, therefor this wasn't so bad. going to do the squats a bit different from now. 3x3 on friday and 3x5 on monday with the weight i usually use for the forth set. we'll see how this works out.

VE basically pointed out what i'm going to say in a much easier and more simple way due to my limited english skills. what your options would mean in reality is actually this: 1. animals die for human exploitation. a small number of vegetarians and vegans. 2. animals die for human exploitation. a small number of vegetarians and vegans. it wouldn't make any difference. to keep an animal happy in it's cage wouldn't make the captive breeding any more natural. and no matter if it's a huge factory or a small farm, it's still captivity for the animal.

as long as the animal is murdered in the end for the cause of human exploitation it doesn't matter if the animal was "happy" or not. if you're imprisoned and sentenced to death it won't get better just because you have a nice wallpaper.

no, i train the rotator cuff after the main work out. for warm up i do other stuff, the rotator cuff training wouldn't be enough for a serious warm up anyway.

last max-session was about three weeks ago and right now i'm about to get back to my old 5RMs so it would be kinda early to try new PBs. but i actually thought about to try a new deadlift PB cause the last one was kinda disappointing.

really funny opinion. so killing is okay as long as it is your job? or at least you can't stop killing (animals, humans, whatever) cause that would lead to unemployment? sorry, you're missing the point. sometimes you have to set priorities.
