I'm currently only using soy isolate protein powder, but i was also wanting to incorporate some hemp, gemma, and rice into the mix. I was wondering to there are any pros or cons relating to, say, drinking ONE shake with a little bit of all 4 (soy, gemma, hemp, and rice)? Is there a benefit to only using one type at a time, or does it not matter at all since it all ends up in the same place anyways? I guess I was thinking more along the lines of food combining and if that has any relevance here?
