  1. I have benched 405 in the past. I have never attempted more than that. I can usually put up 315 for 8-10 reps.
  2. No offense taken. I realize that genetically I'm more suited to bodybuilding than powerlifting or other strength sports. However, I do have a little bit of strength.
  3. I'd like to say that I do somthing special for my arms, but I don't. I just train them hard like everything else. I guess I should thank my parents for the good genetics.
  4. Thanks for all of the positive feedback on my photos. I am actually almost 15 lbs lighter than I was in the other photos. I decided to get myself into decent shape for these photos. Being leaner creates the illusion of increased size. My core strength is actually decent. I have deadlifted 500 lbs and squatted 500 lbs. However, my 36 year old knees are telling me that this is no longer a good idea.
