  5. Mainly hamstrings, glutes and biceps from working out yesterday. Also having some lower Abdominal pain from, well, female things.

  7. IT WAS AWESOME!!! I'm still in a bit of a Hell Hath No Fury Like A Woman Scorned-mode, and I think I got pretty much all of it out in spinning class
  8. I'm gonna do this today! My favourite instructor is leading the class and everything. At first she got to be my favourite by complementing on my tattoos in the locker room. ( I'm easy ) After that I realized she's just plainly the BEST there is. She's fun but firm and motivates the shit out of you.
  9. First off: I'm pretty sorry that I don't have a picture of myself from summer of 2008 when I was at my biggest.   12. Yay, they finally came yesterday. And I sported them to the gym today. Got some deffinate looks Don't know if it was she shorts or my wobbly bits I think I need to order another pair. These might be just a bit too large for me, mut it really doesn't mean I that I won't be wearing them all day long around the house. I just need a more fitting pair for sport-purposes
  13. Saturday: Rest Sunday: Went to the gym (arms & shoulders & abs) + 45minute Spinning class (indoor cycling) My heart rate didn't go through the roof in spinning. Yay!
  14. Thursday: 1h45minute walk Friday: Rest. Maybe some light stretching - my thighs and buttocks are KILLING ME
  15. Wednesday: Gym - legs, chest, back + about a 30 minute run (4,25km). I think I need to take it more slowly. My heartrate shoots right up. It's always gets kinda high, but I feel this is bit abnormal.

  17. I while back I kept a training log here, but kinda faided it. Haven't stop training though. Actually I just realized that I've lost 15cm (about 6") on my waist since september 2008. Weird. Anyhow.. I've desiced to run the Half Marathon (Helsinki City Run) on 8th of May 2010. Since I can barely run for an hour straight (very slowly that is) now I need to get training. Today I could finally start training. I had a bit of a flu for a while, and now that I've had a few healthy days I figured I could. It was all rainy and stuff, so I runned on a treadmill for 36minutes at 7,5km/h pace. My heart rate went I bit higher than I hoped.. But I bet that's cos I had the flu. So, training week 1: Monday: Rest Tuesday: 36minute run, 4,5km. (treadmill)

Thursday: I did some arm and thigh excercises at home, and then went to dance aerobic (1h) Friday: I didn't have time to go to the gym, 'cos I was desperately trying to clean my apartment before my niece came to visit. Yay! But I did do some stomach and arm excercises at home Saturday: Just spending time with my niece. Sometimes hanging out with a 9 year old and trying to keep her entertained counts as excercise... Sunday: After dropping off my niece to the buss station this tired auntie needed some quality time with herself. So I hit the gym, and did my gym routine (I pretty much always do the same stuff) And after that I stayed for a indoor cycling class (1h). I was soaked of sweat and felt sooooo good
