Good Day, I am from B.C. Canada. I have galactosemia and am considering going to a Vegan raw food diet and figured it was a good idea to talk to someone who knew something about it. I practise 'caloric restriction', eating until your only 80% full so you don't tax your body. I have a lot of questions feel free to write me. G.W.
