Here's another progress picture. Not much of a change, however I have gained another couple of pounds. I thought my previous weight was 151lbs, however after buying a new scale it seems that my new weight is 162lbs. Hi everyone First I want to say thank you to everyone that has welcomed me to the board so far. I've decided to post my weekly photo updates in order to share my progress with the community. I'm a hardgainer looking to gain 30lbs of muscle mass by July of 2009. I will try and post weekly updates of my progress. Great high calorie breakfast: 1.5 cups of oatmeal 1/2 cup raisins 1/3 cup hemp powder 2 TBSP maple syrup 1 cup soy milk 1/8 cup toasted coconut Microwave raisins, oatmeal, hepm powder and soymilk. Top with raisin and coconut and enjoy! I also have a protein shake in the morning after the oatmeal.... -

I can't believe their is a whole forum dedicated to vegan bodybuilding. I am a 30 year old vegan hardgainer looking to bulk up. I can't wait to meet some fellow vegans and discuss strategies. Phil P.S. Great site as well!
