Hello Friends. I have been a vegan since my 46th birthday, two years ago. I made the transition from an omnivore to a full out vegan overnight. Initialy I lost body weight and toned up incredibaly. However over the last 8 months I have gained 5 lbs a month and am now no longer svelt. The problem was I discovered a vegan cookbook that had way too many dessert recipes. Well actually problem was I ate too many sweets that were nontheless vegan but alas were calorie dense. Plus I had stopped working out. But now for the last week I have gone to the gym and I have done cardio and weight lifting. I also vanquished the sugar demon. Please support me on my quest to be the healthiest mom for my 5 kids and the hottest babe for my husband. Thanks.
