I don't know your specifics, or if this'll work for ya, but I did go from a big 36" to a big 30" waist with some good dieting, some crash dieting, and consistent working out - cardio at least 5 days a week and weights for 45 mins or so 2 or more days a week on a lifting plan that was designed to build muscle. Not too much extra skin left. Took about two years or so I think. But the first half of that I wasn't working out so much...
  13. I think I just figured out why I couldn't last in HI. I'd miss enjeri too much. I love good ethiopian. Especially good + cheap + plentiful ethiopian. Meanwhile... After a lil rocky patch over the last week or two I picked up some luna and larry's coconut bliss dark chocolate ice cream. And some fresh strawberries. Looking forward to that. : )

  16. My prior accomplishments based on working out. The chemical brain stuff that helps mood stabilization. I like looking at myself in the mirror a bit too but the new gym's mirrors are not nearly as conveniently located.
  17. Under 8 makes me hurt in the AM. I can also wake up exhausted if I've had some bad dreams. 3 this last month... after none for years. -a
