I've seen ads for slim in 6. it's awesome that you are getting such great results! Have you seen the ads out for the "insanity" work out? I'm wondering about trying that one... maybe....lol

I agree. I own a red nose pitt bull. she's the sweetest, most affectionate animal I have ever known. I cant see how others can brutalize a dog like that. they feel and they only want to please and make you happy.... such cruelty makes me sick.

thanks. after looking around on the site and seeing other's questions and input, I think i'll be pretty content here. some sites are all about who knows more or who's the better athelete, but you don't get a 'comfortable' feeling about the site itself or the users on it. ya' know? this one seems more 'homey'. cool.

Hi! My name is Luna Sky. I'm new to the site so I hope to learn tons durring my time here. I live in the US and have 3 children and 1 grandson. I'm 37 and recently made a few lifestyle changes. Going back to the gym was just one of many...lol!
