Ok, after one year of veganism, and i'm finally going to make the next step, in which obviously is preparing my physique, i don't really know what to say because i'm a noob.. ( literally ), i just wanted some help, what kinds of food should i add to my diet?any aditional tips? sorry, i really don't know what to ask.. Well, i assume someone is going to ask me, but i'm not really planning to have a body like robert's ( not even close ), all i want is to increase my muscles to something decent.. lol
