Hello! I was a vegetarian for over 15 years, and I'm now about 8 weeks into my new vegan diet. I've been weightlifting for about 7 months, and I'm trying to add muscle and definition. I also took up running last year, and I'm planning to train for and run a marathon in December of this year. I've been looking around on this site, and it looks like such a great resource. I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm so happy I found this forum! Sue
