Not totally sure, to be honest, hehe. Any tips by looking at my picture, things you think I should be working on? I have been making slow gains over time since I haven't been building hardcore, I haven't been going to look huge. Just good naked, as they say in American Beauty, for lack of a better excuse, hehe. I'm still getting used to eating much during the day, I usually take 2-3 protein shakes along with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and then snacks in between. It's harder at college since I'm on a tighter budget and time schedule. What I'm really looking for is bigger arms and shoulders. But with that comes wanting to change everything else slightly, too, I am sure, hehe.
