  1. Through all this time I had that 0.5 kilo pack I posted earlier. This means I had around 1 lbs in 14 days! I was just testing protein for the first time in my life, and it resulted in such frustration. You don't get results in 2 weeks anyway. That spreadsheet doesn't bring any relevant information to this discussion. Well I DID get one result - lowering of potency, that's a fact. Just did it - works fine! I'm so glad!!

I read about it only after problems started. it's been almost 2 weeks actually. This weekend I'll have a test for my potency Pretty sure it will be fine by that time.

  4. thanks for believing me it's not spam as long as I know I'm not the only person here who's experiencing such problem: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=17406 I've read alot about this after I had this problem, and pretty sure it's the soy which is hypoestrogenic.

  6. I'm a newbie vegan, decided to try this Powerman 3-k Protein. In a week or so my potency went low. Did I do something wrong, is there any other vegan sport nutriotion which does not effect on potency?
