  1. I'm making the transition now. So far today I ate: tablespoon flax oil 2 scoops protein supplement 8oz bolthouse farms green goodness (vegetable and fruit smoothie) 8oz bolthouse farms vedge (vegetable juice) 2 small yams 2 bananas 1 scoop garden greens: essential greens (veg powder) 1 scoop garden gressens: acai splash (berry powder) small amount of sunflower seeds
  2. I learned that the Martha's Vineyard detox diet includes this product: http://images.luckyvitamin.com/mgen/merchandizer:72897.jpg It's a vegetable powder drink. I wonder how it compares to fresh vegetables. It's made up of: # 14 Vegetables Including Tomato, Kale and Spinach # 10 Green Foods Including Spirulina, Barley Greens, Wheat Grass, Green Tea, Soy Fiber and Plant Based Enzymes I wanted to ask if anyone has used it, and if you, what are your thoughts about it?
  3. I just took a month off from working out because I've been sick; so I'm not as good of shape as in these pics, but I was not long ago. I want to get leaner and feel more energetic with a healthier vegan diet.
