  1. Thanks for the tips and greetings, everyone. Yeah I could bring food to work, I guess the bottom line is just that I have to learn more recipes. By the way any Michiganders interested in animal rights please contact me! The college animal rights groups of Michigan State, Eastern, and U-M are trying to build a better relationship to do bigger projects and work together. I am the (outgiong) president of MSU's AR group, and we've done a good amount of work and are trying to spearhead college campaigns in MI.

    Hello

    I've been vegan about 3 years now, been lifting on and off for about 7 years. Trying to take the sport more seriously and make some gains, but I'm having trouble getting 6 meals per day in, each with sufficient and varied protein. Right now I'm eating a lot of wheat dogs w/ frozen veggies, naturade protein fruit smoothies, spirutein oreo protein shakes, Kashi high-protein cereal, and vegetable/lentil/bean soup. I like everything I'm eating, but I feel like I need more, and especially more stuff I can eat on-the-go. I'm surviving on Amy's chili and Cliff Builder bars while I'm at work, but I don't think I've ever eaten 26x6g of protein in a day. I'm 5'11, about 158lbs. Good shape but no size. Anyway, joined the forum to get some lifting/nutrition tips. Hello all, and thanks for being great role models and breaking stereotypes!
