  1. I was vegetarian before and didn't figure I could do it without ,dairy and eggs, I know wnat to be straight up vegan, my goals are to be athletic,extremely strong and fairly built. Can I achive this on a purely vegan diet? I know amaranth and soy, and quinoa are complete proteins ,but what about calories?I also heard that soybeans can mimic estrogen in the body, I want testosterone (I am a man) and one of my goals is sexual health and fitness and the maximization of natural free testosterone in the bloodstream through diet training and lifestyle. Can anyone out there help, (especially with the testosterone stuff)?
