  1. I have a feeling it plateaued. Which I dreaded. But I eat 2 times a day. With walking the treadmill.
  2. Im eating mostly oatmeal with cinnamon, lots of green veggies like green beans and brussel sprouts, Tofu, nuts, soy milk and coffee with out anything in it. I go walking when I am not tied down with anything. I try to eat about 2 or 3 times a day. My exercise routine has been off a bit, but I do stomache crunches and walking mainly.
  3. Hello. My name is Mary and I am new to this site. I hope I am doing this in the right form. I am on here to ask for others input on a way to help with my weight loss. I am having a difficult time and I dont know what to do. I used to weight 240 and now am down to 196. I need to be at 115 or 120 for what I am told due to my height of 5'2. If anyone will be willing to give me ideas and tips to get to my goal, it would be greatly appreciated.
