  10. I really am an abolute Tabasco and Sambal Oelek junkie. But this stuff was so hot that it nearly made my cry. You never need nose drops again - just eat Wasabi!

    Oh it's quite ok. We have a huge wholefood shop here and a falafel man, a great italian restaurant, an ice cream parlor with 8 different sorts of vegan fruit ice cream... A good friend of mine who is living in the county is vegan straight edge too. We are cooking together sometimes. And theres another vegan girl I sometimes go to demos or other animal right activities with. She's the one next to me on the human meat pictures (on the left). And Hanover is very close. And theres the animal right group, the best falafel man ever, a vegetarian restaurant, many coffee bars offering soy milk, the Muffinmann with lots of different sorts of vegan muffins.... and there I also know some vegan and vegetarian people. So I think Celle is really ok for vegans. It could be more worse! And what about Wolfsburg? @flanders: I love your mobile number... it's so simple! I can't keep my own number in my mind but this...

  13. So back in the country since Wednesday. I had two 50 minute runs there and I went swimming for about 20 minutes 3 times. My eating was terrible but yummie.... Made a run of 1:40 h on Friday. Average pulse: 162 Today: Asked my scales today and was very surprised! It showed 57,7 kg so I've lost nearly 5 kg since January! Eating: - wellness flakes with soy milk - 1 bread roll, 1 half with pepper spread, tomato, salad and fumed tofu, the other half with ajvar, salad and fumed tofu - 8 Brazil Nuts - big salad with green salad, tomato, nuts, cucumber, carrots, sprouts, sunflower seeds and a vinegar-oil-mustard-dressing training: I was shocked about the backslide after this 10-days-break.   15. Ok I'm back from my holiday now! Thanx for the replies! @potter: The response was variable. As I mentioned: The police came because some people were complainig about us! Some told us very loud how ing this is and how stupid this analogy is. Others seemed to be reflective and sad and asked for info material. Many just were standing beside us and said how extreme/awesome/blatant this is. Some thought we were dolls, so suddenly it was lots more ing when they were told, that we are real living humans... I think it definitely was a thought-provoking campaign.

Never had such long 2 hours. But it was great. And kinda fun to see the people watching you and listen to the controversies. Some people really felt offended and they called the police. But we were allowed to stay! Now I have to try to get the fake blood off my hands... they are pink at the moment...
  17. where is the pasta pic? But I thing you really add foods like legumes and lentils. Just eat lentils with oil and tomato puree or add chickpeas or beans to your pasta sauce. Use nuts or seed for your pasta and salads. There are so many tricks to make a simple salad to an absolute calories bomb! Animal Right Activism is good. Some special projects? On Saturday is "Tag der Tierschützer" and we have a information desk there and a anti meat campaign.
  18. Kimmi-girl, what's up with you??? Bad start in the morning: I broke the chest belt of my pulse watch... Then I wanted to do a quick 10 k run. But no... I had a good start but after 17 minutes I had to reduce the speed the first time 'cause I got sick and I had aches in the stomach, and later after 24 minutes again... I did the 4,8 k lap in 31:50 min (last time: 24:20 ). 5 k in 33,19 min then. But I didn't want to go on... I got fed up. But I "met" a pheasant... they are very seldom here! My head still looks like a tomato. Well, I have to say goodbye now for about the next two weeks. Running: 2:50 h average pulse: 167 burnt kcal: 1079 (said my pulse watch) Eating till now: 1 1/2 banana veggie soup made of frozen veggies (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli) - mashed - with onion bread a protein fruit smoothie with banana, pear, berry mix, some extra strawberries, apricot, mango, kiwis, sesame and ananas juice (had 2 glasses, then got sick. I still have two glasses in the fridge) will get a salad later.
