  1. I had no idea his lies went that far. I knew he built his physique on cooked foods, then became (supposedly) a fruitarian and claimed he built muscle on a fruitarian diet, deleting most of his old posts he made while getting big on cooked food. correct. He calls himself a breatharian now, obviously he's lying about that too, since he's still alive. ehm,, ive seen this document about him stating hes living on sun..oxygen.. and his mp3 player xD http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IYHoUJa0x4I I dont know his story at all, is it proven that hes liar? Well honestly - living without food isnt anything impossible for me, that kido Ram Bomjon from nepal did that for few years if i remind it well? He was probably using some yogish technique to gain water from vapour and somehow managed to stay alive for few years without even moving. And thanks for workout advices, im trainign already for a month, already seeing some gains maybe ill add a picture in month or so. cheers
  2. Hey, thanks for info. And ye, of course im eating alot of nuts as well. And honestly I believe that faith has more with gaining muscles than you and me can imagine We evoluted from whatever the life began of into the form of human on only raw food for milions of years so it should be the right way:) We just fucked up things when the fire appeared in humans life, forgot some obvious nutrition basics and what is worst replaced instinctive eating by intelectual. Of course its just my own opinion I might be wrong, however, the raw food diet is spreading around and there are plenty of living proves that you can be an monster eating just raw. Ill just expirience how it works, ive got nothing else to do in my life actually than having fun by doing unusual things From the other side, Im living in Poland and during the winter time, ill eat some cooked high quality food anyway coz I feel it better than imported fruits which are full of chemicals, so it should give me good comparision. I hope it will be my defnite farewell with dead food, ill surely find some way to survive next winter on raw food. Im getin rich over last months so maybe ill develop some way to grow my own during winter or just leave the country for that time. Ah and one more question, how about the running, should i stop it or shorten for the time of working out? (Its around of 1hour 3 times a week) I guess it will give opposite effect to training Greets from Poland and again thanks for all helpful advices. Michal
  3. Truth it is a quite big difference, however, i feel great. To be honest I cheat a bit, its like 99% raw, ive ate an egg and piece of chocolate this week But it was only due to emotional addiction, my body didnt need those. Its funny, it is harder to win over sugar than cigarettes which i quite half a year ago . Only obstacle after a month is my social environment - my family is awaiting my visit in hospital, fainting and going into anaemy or anorexia (lol?) even though im more vibrant than ever in my life. After changing diet ive lost like a 2-3kg and my weight stabilized at current level. But tell me please, I believe in my intuition but just in case, should i expect any side effects in your opinion? Ah and I live in Poznan, oneof biggest cities, you should know it
  4. Hi there again, my whole story can be found at introduction section! Im inspired by what ive seen here and im determined to transform myself as well! I believe that my faith is strong enough to build up only on raw mostly fruits food. This should be interesting experiment Ive already noticed huge diffrence while running after changind diet into raw from junkish. Im not sweating at all and feeling like could run forever! Why cant it be the same with working out?   5. Hi there, Im Michael, Im 21 years old. Ive changed my diet lately, it all came out pretty suddenly as an integral part on my way in selfdevelopment. I went straight into veg from "normal" junk diet around of 2 weeks ago, now im eating only raw food. This year seems to be significant turn in my life, after cleaning up my mind, now its a time to do the same with my body! Ive been active for most of my younger life (swimming, tennis) what unfortunately ended 4 or 5 years ago.Due to my uber metabolism ive been extremly think for my whole life but now im coming back on stage! Im running 3 days a week and doing hatha yoga daily for last month, ive been thinking about gaining mass for long time but something stopped me, I felt like i dont know everything yet. I believe it was intuition which rescued me from eating a whole mass of junk in typical mass gain diet (cant imagine to put meat in my mouth atm). Anyway im ready, and im heading for my goal! Now im warming up my body by excesive pushups mixed with some hm.. could be called "prehistoric yoga excercises for strenght" (found in some ancient book) and im building up my knowledge about workouts. Ill put up some pics of my miserable body in "Before/After" photo section, would be thankful for some tips Greets from Poland!
