Hi everybody, I've been a vegetarian and for the last two years and started going vegan a couple of weeks ago. I run for one hour 2-3 times a week, do two weight training sessions and cycle to work and college. I think that's a fair exercising regime and I am pretty toned. However, I still have a bit of fat left around my waist. Now my question: How do I cut that last bit without absolutely starving myself? More cardio? Or more frequently? I also have to admit, that I eat quite sizeable portions because I feel the excersie stimulates my appetite... Thanks Lenni
