  5. thank you!! i really dislike it when people who are scrawny as a stick tells me how much protein "i really need". @jessiegirl. 173grams is a rather high number but shouldn't be that hard to reach. tofu, tvp and proteinshakes are probably the best way to go if you don't want to add too much extra calories. good luck!

  8. i wish somebody had told me that compound movements are pretty essential. i wish that the people who worked at my first gym weren't complete idiots who said that machines are better than free weights. and i wish i had known that you needed to eat more to build muscles.
  9. soy yoghurt has a pretty cool nutritional value. you can make tzatziki and other good stuff. a plus with tzatziki (since you wanted more greens) is that you have cucumber in it. there are tons of different variations in spices you can make.
  10. love it. i'm a big fan of that movie. i also love scarface, if you do to, check this
  11. if they hate let em hate and watch the oatmeals pile up here almost everyones seems to love their oats. except raw foodist i guess This is true. However, saturated fats are not essential, just as cholesterol is not essential - your body makes them. Eating more will not increase your testosterone levels. The only essential fats (those that we need but cannot synthesize) are the omega 6 and omega 3 fatty acids. Mono-unsaturated fats, sometimes referred to as oleic or omega 9 are not essential since your body makes them but you need to be eating enough of the essential fatty acids for the building blocks. It is found in plant sources, such as olives and avocados. However, eating additional mono-unsaturated fats appears to be neutral at the least and beneficial in some aspects. seriously? thanks for the info. are you totally sure that you can't boost t-production by eating sat fats and (or hypothetically) cholesterol
  12. this is really awesome. I LOVE VEGAN EXPOSURE. go go go
  13. hahaha great stuff!! i have a friend who i like flexing with. he doesn't work out at all and three years ago we were the exact same size, weight and everything. now i'm about 20 kg's heavier so it gives me a great boost hangin out with him
  14. just like potter says it depends a lot on how long you've been lifting. but don't worry about it too much. just hit those weights again and you'll see the gains
  15. that's awesome. i love your ninja stuff
  16. damn, oatmeal and ice cream?? i must try it now!!
  17. dude, you assume way too much. the two persons i know with sleeves lived in japan for about 3,5 years and studied the japanese language and history there. trust me, they would know if there's something like that in their tattoos. the third person is a tattoo artist himself so he probably knows what's up too
  18. that's weird. i have three friends who all got tattoos done in japan. two of them did full sleeves. i guess you went to the "wrong" places
  19. I don't even cook them. I blend the oats so it's almost oat flour and add a banana, some PB, rice protein and soymilk. Blend it all again and eat. dude, that's hardcore when i was bulking like a year ago i blended the oats with chocolate soymilk, cocoa, spi and peanuts. it tasted like snickers
