  1. i don't consider getting a japanese tattoo offending to anyone. it's more like the opposite. i'm pretty sure 99% of the japanese tattoo artists agree with me.
  2. The body needs saturated fats ? ... maybe we need a little bit, a 9:1 ratio between ins. and sat., like found in veg. oils, nuts and seeds, avocado, etc. should be enough, right ? While in meat and animal products it's 1:9 for saturated ! sat fats are supposed to be good for t-levels which is awesome for good ole muscles cool idea! usually i'm lazy and make my oatmeal in the microwave but if i don't i will totally try this! thanks
  3. i'm one of those people who hardly can live without my oatmeal in the morning so i usually try to come up with some various recepies. since i've been getting way too little sat fats in my diet i thought it was about time to change that. which led to this the latest combination: oatmeal cocoa cinnamon roasted coconut flakes hazel nuts brown sugar (kinda optional). it tastes like heaven. i usually serve it with oat or rice milk. what's your favourite oatmeal recepies?
  4. i've started deadlifting too, i never did before because of a lower back issue. i love the excersise, never felt the glutes get pumped before
  5. Its no different...those are symbols to the Japanese that aren't any different than the character letters. They tell stories that relate to Japanese people and Japanese history. Many traditional Japanese would even be offended by the idea of considering those symbols as only fish or waves, and many are either offended by the "Japanese" tattoo movement of the west since we don't really understand any of it. i'm just talking about looks here. if some japanese people are offended by people getting their kind of tattoos it's nothing but their own problem. i couldn't care less. i love tattoos because they are beautiful, not because they are symbolic for anything.
  6. haha dude. we are talking about two completely different things. im not talking about those lame asian signs tattos. i'm talking about stuff like koi fishes and waves you know. like the japanese mafia had/have

  11. that's funny, you say "haricots verts" in French in Sweden ? instead of green... I dont know. haha yeah. we call them that here, i think they're called like green beans, but i didn't wanna confuse anyone.

  13. the product is called "PRO HGH" and on the jar it says "HGH". and they list tons of advantages that are similar to the ones of hgh use. they only say that the product is more effective if you also take tribulus. offense: yeah HGH stands for human growth hormone. josh: i acctually think it's legal in the states. http://www.hgh.com stallone used it but got caught in the customs when he went to australia, where it's illegal but there were no issues with using it in the states he said.
