  1. 1.1 gram sounds good to me. if you fall short some days it's no biggie. congrats on the weight loss.
  2. I agree. Not that I think it will help with this particular problem, but doing heavy squats is allways a good plan . As for the abs, I would guess it is more related to BF-level than to developing the abs. Besides since the muscle fibers in the abs go along the abdomen I dont think it is possible to target the lower abs specifically. Either a muscle-fiber is activated or it aint, but it wont be activated for only a part of its length. hahaha, squats solves everything, right? i really don't think this is a bodyfat issue. i'm around 10-12% now and my four upper abs are showing. about a year ago i was down at 5-6% and still no lower abs. beach season is coming up, i gotta get a hold of this.
  3. thanks for the inputs. the thing is, my four upper abs are visible. but i've never really seen my lower ones. and i didn't mean that i wanted to completely isolate the lower abs, just find good excersises that focus more on them. cause regular rope crunches, sit ups and so on focuses on the upper ones.
  4. my abs is a muscle group i've been ignoring for too long, so i've decided to do something about it and i need some help. i prefer weighted excersises, and i've found a couple of them that i like. but i need something for my lower abs. hanging leg raises isn't really cutting it, reversed crunches is okay, but hard to do with weights. any suggestions?
  5. apple juice strawberries banana SPI (no taste no sweetner) this one is called pre bball drink
  6. I can bring it back if you like?! I think a moustache or fu-man-chu would also add a certain bit of authoritativeness, no? nothing to do but to do it
  7. awesome shirts! hope you guys reach 200 soon
  8. i love mandy moore cause she was in entourage. and everyone knows entourage rules.
  9. rocky rambo and all movies about football hooligans
  10. i was suprised to see freeman that far down, like 9th place or something..? i like his physique. big shoulders, small waist plus he is really tall
  11. i heard he left his girlfriend for another girl who apparently gave birth to his triplets. a little off topic, but still.
  12. i stumbled upon Moreiras' myspace like a year ago or something. too bad it's almost impossible to watch kotc fights in sweden only reason i knew about danzig before TUF was because of Peta so it's good that you "promote" Moreira on the site. maybe soon he'll do a peta add to.
  13. i'm siked that mac is back to lightweight. probably the toughest division. i don't know much about bocek but from what i heard he doesn't seem to be to great.
  14. yeah i force myself to eat too. i work part time in a organic vegetarian food store and we have tons and tons of vegan candy. i kinda hate that the biggest "hype" among vegans is candy, cookies and ice cream. no one cares about whole foods or other healthy things anymore. but when a new vegan ice cream or chocolate spread is found everyone goes crazy and think it's celebration time.
  15. flex wheelers tattoos are probably one of the ugliest tattoos i've ever seen. but he is still the man in my book. awesome pics everyone. you guys seemed to have a blast. i would kill to meet ronnie!
  16. cool pics! what is organic athletes to be exact? i never really understood the whole thing...and is it just for runners and bikers?
  17. i do the same as DV. i eat strict 5-6 days a week then i eat whatever i want. fruits is a great way to settle your suar cravings. for me, it's mostly about never walking around hungry. when i get hungry the candy, ice cream and cookies all seem so convenient and tasty. but if i eat often it never happens.
  18. i miss collecting sneakers. foodwise, maybe chicken, but not really.
  19. yo this seems awesome. if someone knows where i can find a clip of it, please tell me.
  20. yeah def there are people who have a harder time gaining (muscles) than others. but with the proper nutrition and training it's not really hard. it takes consistency, dedication and sweat.
  21. coconut milk is awesome. great for hormones and a good way to get saturated fats in your diet. i always struggle with getting sat fats in my diet but i find coconut products is the way to go. it's really tasty to roast cocunut flakes and then serve with tofu/tvp and to have in salads.
  22. TVP is great low carb food. it varies from brand to brand, just check out the nutritional info on each of em and find the one with lowest amount of carbs.
