Thanks guys. SO I guess one of my first questions is what kind of foods should I look at eating? One of the goals is weight loss and that is where another question gets raised that I will address with him today, he is talking extreme dieting, and I am not so sure I want to do something like that. I think I'd rather forgo losing weight quickly and do it slowly so if it takes me a few extra months to lose this 30 pounds I am ok with it. What he is saying we should do is 10 pounds a month. I am not so sure how healthy that is.
