  1. Yes thank you, that is one of the reason's I am concerned about the idea of losing 10 pounds a month. Oh well I will talk to him about it in an hour or so.
  2. Thanks guys. SO I guess one of my first questions is what kind of foods should I look at eating? One of the goals is weight loss and that is where another question gets raised that I will address with him today, he is talking extreme dieting, and I am not so sure I want to do something like that. I think I'd rather forgo losing weight quickly and do it slowly so if it takes me a few extra months to lose this 30 pounds I am ok with it. What he is saying we should do is 10 pounds a month. I am not so sure how healthy that is.
  3. Ok here goes. I am just getting into vegetarianism. I know this is a Vegan board but I was hoping that I could still find help and advice here as well. I have a personal trainer who advocates eating a lot of meat for my work outs and I want to lower my carbon foot print so I have decided to go vegetarian. If this is the wrong site, if being Vegan is a requirement, can someone direct me to a site like this for vegetarians? Thanks for your time.
