  1. Sweet.. I have def been adding a lot of other things into my diet. I just wanted to get some more info on this considering I am working out more then I ever have. I don't want all the muscle to turn into flabb if im not having the right intakes..? ohh and what kind of powders are you talking about? like where should i be able to find them or linkage to places where i can order..? please let me know anything else.. thank you!
  2. Hello, My name is Kayla and I am 18 years old... I have been a Vegetarian my whole life.. never eatin meat before and have been a Vegan for the past 5 years. I have been a pretty healthy girl growing up I would say. I have recently found out a lot about Soy though.. Kinda have mixed feelings about that. That has been one of my main sources of protein.. I eat a lot of vegetables and grains.. love tempeh! Anywho.. I got on here to ask some questions about muscle building. I am currently apart of a co-ed flat track roller derby league in Richmond VA.. I am really good at skating, but am on the side working out with a co-skater to build up some muscle. He has been telling me about what I need to eat and take in.. in order for me working out with him to be beneficial to my body. So i am in question about what i should do as for as exercises and eating habits in order to make this work out the best.. i don't know my exact measurement at the moment.. but hight wise I am 5'9 1/2 and weigh about 165 lbs ... If you have any information or suggestions for me.. please feel free to tell me all about what you know! thanks!
