Worse of all girlfriend threw her coldcut sub on my bill was not pleased with her but didn't try and let it ruin my whole day.

  9. Personally there's no shortcut of losing fat, diets don't work and you risk losing muscle mass. Sure you can drop few pounds but once you go off your diet your body will gain the weight back. Instead you should look at what you eat and eliminate the almost zero nutritional value foods and increase your negative calorie foods; that along with good cardo will guarantee weight loss.

  14. ^^ didn't even know they listed health food stores on that site; I've been to a handful of them but from what I recall they don't carry any protein supplements (but I could be mistaken). Thanks for the post.

Still feeling tired and muscles still sore today.

  20. No Whole Foods in Winnipeg, but have no problems getting hemp protein; it just it ain't as cheap as other proteins. Wish there was either TrueProtein location in Canada or someone else that can provide the same service locally. So far haven't found a cheap source of Vega, everyone has it the same costly price.
