  3. i eat less all the time in the past 2months, just listen to your body and i dont really believe you need to eat that much to gain, it's not how much u eat, it's how much u able to absorb so first i have to do some heavy cleansing then i can absorb a lot better i dont eat cook food, i eat fruits, vegetables, seeds etc
  4. hi guys, didnt back here for awhile my deadlift was stucked at 240lbs x2,so i reset the weight to 230 now Squat 250 5x3 still going up i didnt eat much, i eat very few and im doing some very heavy cleansing , like fasting every week(1-2days,water or absolute), eating tons of herbs to detox and free parasites, colon cleasing 3-4times a week etc.(it was tired at the first month, but i feel a lot better now) this is the last month of heavy cleansing, hopefully my progress will gain much faster after cleansing my weight remain the same, or a little bit lower(60kg) but lift heaviler but i guess my strength still improved a lot, and become more muscular . I can feel my body is about to ready for mass gaining after the heavy cleansing here's the pictures
  5. Yea i will. the past 2days i ate alot more, just follow my feeling if it needs more then i will give it more.
  6. My body weight is around 60kg (didnt weight for a while) Just for fun , not sure am i going to compete yet.
  7. Hi, Here is the photos after doing 3 weeks of SS after 3 weeks of SS My leg improved a lot. My leg after doing 3weeks of SS before SS, 2weeks after and 3weeks after I dont eat a lot, i eat very less sometime, just eat when i feel i have to. *i have some healing crisis after raw, such as a little bit headache and a serious flu for 2 days(i didnt get sick after i go vegan) My strength gained in 3 weeks as below: (all in pounds) Squat: 85 > 205 Deadlift: 95> 205 (working hard to increase my grip power to do heaviler) Bench: 85> 135 Press: 65> 80 PowerClean: 65> 100 (still working on form) Now im trying to perfect my form, so i wont add much weight in 1-2weeks. My target is to Squat 180kg and deadlift 200kg
  8. My goal is to gain strength, gain muscle only(if possible) and getting cut! I dont eat a lot, i just eat when i feel i have to.
  9. Hi, I just finished 3 weeks 'warm up' workout. Just started SS program and go raw vegan yesterday (from 60-70% to 95-100%)! I will post my progress photo once or twice every month ! Here is the before and after pics : Before: 3weeks after: 3 weekes after!
  10. Yup, it seems to help. Your body starts breaking down muscle for fuel once liver glycogen is depleted, so you might consider eating a lot of protein before a short (one day) fast or continue to eat only protein during a longer one. Fasting/refeeding seems to have a positive effect on glucose tolerance as well as leptin levels, though most of the evidence out there is personal experience. Thanks for the details
  11. I do fasting at least one time per month(1-3days) Does it help to gain faster? or it will slow down to build muscle? In my own experience , it seems helps to build muscle faster
  12. Maybe it's some healing crisis. should try it longer
