I have a faux leather purse. When anyone asks I volunteer the info on where I got it , etc. Even if it looks the part I think it makes others realize that there are humane alternatives to animal skin.

I'm laughing a the trying not to vomit comment. Been there. Spin is challenging that's for sure. I do like it to change up the cardio every once in a while. That's awesome that you could take a class with Bob Harper! -

Hi Marcella. I have a question. What exactly is big leg syndrome? Do you tend to gain muscle in the legs very easily? I have been considering bodyweight only leg exercises. Does this help lean out the legs? Thank you. I wish you well in your competition. -

I am impressed! Congratulations to you! Wow how do you keep your heartrate so high for so long? When I do intervals on the elliptical I can get mine up to 175bmp at the very highest (which up until now I thought wasn't too bad so thanks )but my average bpm is usually inthe 160's......and I feel pretty drained after an hour. How do you do it? -

Long time no see Lobster and Mary. Glad to see you both still hard a work. You are both very inspirational to me and even though I haven't checked in here to VB forums in a while (partially due to the trauma of losing 2 of our dogs) you guys still continue to inspire me. I always ask myself during my workouts "what would lobster and marystella do?" Thanks guys for continuing to be my motivators. And MaryStella and Lobster-I wish I was as tall as either of you! I am 135 lbs. and only 5'4''. Oh well..... I wish I could stop obsessing with numbers. -
