  2. I think it depends what your goals are. If it's to lose weight, you can't really have too few carbs, if it's to gain muscle, you can definitely have too few carbs. But, even if you're trying to lose weight, it's best to do it with lost of complex carbs, and go by the "I've never met a carb I didn't like" theory.
  3. Black eyed peas do it for me, but I seem to be the minority here
  4. I'll use honey as a topical ointment on cuts, and as a cough soother when I'm sick before I'll use a cough syrup that has gelatin, or a ointment that's been tested on animals, and has gelatin.

    Baked into chips, sliced into fries, added to potatoes, then spread some melted garlic spread over the top. Delicious.
  6. Right now I gave up the hope of decent food, and just spend the extra bit and shop/cook for myself. I got tired of trying to explain what gelatin is, and why I cannot have any.
  7. I have a wonderful chipotle mustard that is DELICIOUS. Mostly its just experimenting and getting creative about it.
  8. Oh my gosh that looks delicious, I'm getting hungry just looking at it (which is bad, considering it's 11'o clock at night.

    Hi guys, My name is Taylor I am 19, but when I was 13 I weight about 250lbs, and at 5'3 that's quite the thing. I went Vegan five years ago, and have since lost the weight down to 150lbs, with a further 20lb goal weight. I'm going to school for a masters in Nutritional Science, with the ultimate goal being a personal trainer and nutritionist. So happy to have joined
