  2. My recipes is the easiest I think! I only use, flour + sugar + butter + soy milk! Easy huh?

  5. Olive / Sesame oil are helpful? I think i'm skipping whole grains and nuts...i need more of those. I also HAVE to cut off sugar...i think i take too much everyday!!! ughh i've tried it before and it gets harder by the day!! :/
  6. I only take a scoop [35g] of isolated soy protein with my banana milkshake. Every day after training. That's the only thing I'm taking. Sometimes I feel that I'm not doing it well... ughh

  9. Hello everybody! Thanks in advance for reading my topic. I need Help, I have been training since February 2010 until present, I have only 1 photo from the 1st. day and i took a new one after 6 months. I train about 4 or 5 days a week, and I'm not following a nutritional program, just trying to eat good food. Getting proteins, carbohydrates... eating lots of vegetables, and fruits. I'm only taking proteins shake after training. Would help me a lot if anyone could help me with a not too difficult nutritional program so I can keep working out Thanks!   12. Hello, I'm very excited because finally i have decided to go do some workout. My plan is going 4 days a week from 6:30 to 7:30 a.m. and 2 days of running at the park. Any suggestions of what kind of routine should i do? I want to start with some muscle gaining What should i eat? any supplements? Soy protein, creatin? Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks!
