  1. Made me kind of happy to see what he eats.I expected typical meat based diet but he seems to be wising up.Maybe soon he will consider the evil of the animal industry and take the final steps into a vegan diet.

Since you expressed your opinion about religion, I'll express my opinion on something. I hate anti american and anti religious hipster douchebags. A lot of them call themselves vegetarians/vegans, but yet smoke. They think everyone is just as corrupt and igornant as they are as they are. I FUCKING HATE HIPSTER DOUCHEBAGS!!   3. Trained again today after taking yesterday off aside from going to work. Ran on the beach with my dog.Did some sprints just to mix it up and get powerful. Chest is still too sore to punch so i only practiced my round house kicks on the bag today. Trained legs, biceps and abs at night. Squats-82kg for 3 sets of 8(going easy until muscles are strong again) Barbell lunges-32kg for 2 sets of 8 on each leg Standing knee raises with ankle strapped to lower pulley thing on nautilus machine(the rowing thing)-10kg for 1 set of 8 on each leg(knees of death in fights) Jumping squats-body weight for 1 set of 10 Barbell curls-22kg for 2 sets of 8 Dumbbell curls-2x8kg for 2 sets of 8 with each arm Reverse barbell curls-12kg for 1 set of 12 Situps on 1 of those gay yoga balls lol-3 sets of 20 Oblique crunches(laying on side)-1 set each side for 8 reps Stretched and had hemp and maca flour Not many sets and everything but that will change when i'm back in shape.

Now, try telling them that they'll need to give up everything they're used to having and that they need to put their faith in a raw diet without any evidence to show that it will necessarily do any good. That's a combination that makes most people's minds shut down and they stop listening, considering many aren't willing to even do a SLIGHTLY better diet than what they have been accustom to. Like I've said before, I think that a raw diet can be good for some people (or, at least a partially raw diet for those who normally eat only processed crap), but those that claim it's the only way to truly heal the body are using false faith over actual proof, which doesn't sit well with me. People who have been raw have still gotten cancer, among other ailments, proving it's NOT a universal cure-all, despite what the raw guru-du-jour might proclaim. I can't stand bunk "science" that insists that everything other than the diet in question is flawed, which is why I tend to scream b.s. when the "raw cures all" claims come about. In 50 years, if all the people who are 100% raw today (and stay that way) are still alive and kicking and are disease-free, they can get back to me then and we'll talk more. Currently, there's no real evidence to show the "miraculous" powers of it being the only or best way to treat conditions. I definitely don't hate on raw diets, because they're not inherently bad. Rather, I hate on false logic, boastful claims that can't be backed up, and new-agey stuff that makes it sound like the diet is pure wizardry for fixing everything. I'm not arguing what you're saying, i'm just saying it's some sad shit to see people like that and still talk like humans are above animals.I'm not raw yet but am moving a lot more in that direction.Everything can get ill and die from it but a great diet will make it a lot harder to get sick then it would be on a lesser diet.There's even people that don't like drinking water.Raw vegan food and cooked vegan food are the same but the cooked one is not superior in any way.All i'm doing is stopping this thread from becoming a group of people talking down 1 person's ways.

  10. I don't have any of that stuff.I don't like coffee because the taste grosses me out.I can't afford any protein powder right now because i'm saving up to get a Darth Vader costume and talking helmet (we'll see who laughing when i post video of me street fighting in it and winning).

I never watched the cartoon version.I like the old movies better but the sword fights in the new ones are epic.When Anikin turned to the darkside i was so glad to see Obi-Wan cut his legs off then watch him burn for his weakness.It's like being a vegan then eating flesh again.Stay pure and may the force be with you.

  14. I stopped using it because it has stearic acid in it and that is almost always animal fat derived.And they would do animal testing on their products too which i want no part of. Vega sport sounds like what i'm after. *checks ingredients to ensure customs won't seize it* Looks pretty good.As far as i know it's only hemp seed ingredients they won't let through so this should be fine.Strange that such a healthy and eco friendly product like hemp seeds are illegal here.

  16. Happy birthday Robert.If it wasn't for you i would have never made the transition from vegetarian to vegan.Seeing you in veganfitness-built naturally was the inspiration i needed to evolve to the vegan life.I like how you are never full of hate like i am sometimes.Respect.

Yeah, it's not the nitric oxide because i had those pills as well and they didn't do a thing but they came with a bsn shirt.I liked it's taste as well (fruit punch), it was just what i needed when i felt too tired to train.I also had the axis labs brand as well but it had lesser affect. Green tea is the best thing i have now because it doesn't make me weak like the energy drink but gives me a little bit of energy and changes the atmosphere in my gym.
  18. Ate more ginger and cashews then a bowl of pasta now i feel way to full and it's past midnight and i have to work in the morning, fuck. I'll still shadow box before i go to bed though but no running tonight.

Anyone else ever had or have pain just below the back neck muscles/upperback on 1 side?I got this when i started bricklaying a couple of years ago and lifting weights a lot.It's either from an imbalance of muscles of stress related, maybe both.It get's so bad sometimes it's like a bag of needles inside your back.A brick layer i worked with was describing the exact thing once so it's not just me.He went to a chiropractor or similar and he said it just loosened it up and made it worse which is what happened when i tried to stretch mine out myself. If anyone else has this GOOD NEWS!.All you have to do is hang from a chin up bar or something and just relax and hang there for 30 or so seconds.It balances out your torso from hanging all your weight evenly.The pain gets less and less each day you do this and i don't have it anymore which is awesome.
  20. Starting to train again so i will keep this journal going. Chest and shoulders to start.I lost a lot of strength from doing nothing for the last few months so lifts are small now but will increase rapidly because i've already been there. Benched 72kg for 3 sets of 6 Inclined bench 60kg for 2 sets of 6 (muscles not used to training lol) Flyer's 2x18kg DB's for 3 sets of 7 Kettle bell military press 2x24kg for 2 sets of 5 then used 18kg dumbbells for last set of 7 Stretched shoulders and chest and had maca and hemp flour in apple and guava juice and ate a banana. 2 weeks from now i will have the bench at 80+kg and will start posting pics again as i will be progressing. It's 9:45pm here and my Mom is at my sister's house so i'll probably do some shadow boxing later or go out road running.The energy in my house has totally changed since my Mom left yesterday and it's making me a lot more like i used to be when i trained hard.I'm 20 so it's about time i moved out anyway.I really like this energy and mind set. Ate ginger and cashews for breakfast.Quarter of a watermelon for lunch.Dinner is yet to be decided.Feels like a ate a lot more than i did...
