  1. There is always loading and unloading phrases when you do a creatine cycle . I can't help much on that as i'm taking Creatine Ethyl Esther that comes in pills form . Yes , your muscle size and performance will have a drop , more significantly on the size . Drop in performance wise , I think i'm just weird to be better without it during the period when I stop for a week . As for vegan creatine , I don't really know as i'm a vegetarian not a vegan .   3. My strong mental power . I tell myself I can do it , I can be better than meat eaters . I can be better than those who are much bigger size . I control my stress inside . When I lift it , I unleash all my stress .
  4. I've never liked deadlifts with dumbbells, always felt odd going that low, but single leg Romanian deadlifts I do like. A different movement, really hits the back of your legs and you don't need a lot of weight and you need to keep your balance. Very humbling exercise. It just feels kinda weird. Besides the group of muscles working are weird... Just weird . Haha .
  5. I still don't think dumbbell deadlifts are a good idea .
  6. It is possible . Squats you can do a variation of squats which is static lunges which you can look up for using youtube . It is possible to do deadlift using dumbbells but it will not maximise the benefits... You could ask the fellow gymmers is it possible to share it .
  7. Isn't breakfast the most important meal of the day ? So no fuel for the morning . Early cardio to trigger fat burn , why can't the body break down muscles instead ?
  8. I tried to eat more . get more protein and fats . Drink more fruit juices . I guessed it's also a bad streak and lack of sleep/rest .
  9. Box squats . High rack squats . Bulgarian split squat . You can try normal squats with bulgarian splits . they are killers .
  10. I have altered my training and back on form now ! Just broke the 308lbs PR deadlift !

  12. Bodyweight training athletes have more functional and brute strength... Regular gymmers have more absolute strength .
  13. I guess i'm probably suffering from stress and fatigue . I would need to further review my training I guess . Thanks a lot !
  14. I train withthe maximum intensity I can get to . Yeah i guess i need more rest . Does coffee affect ? Chewybaws , what do you mean by surprised ?
