  1. Do it! Haha I know dude! My chest is super small and weak, always has been. I'm making great progress, but still need to push hard!
  2. May or June 09' was the before, the after shots were taken last week... some 15 months later. Thanks man! I'm going to bulk like crazy from from November 22 (Running THIS: http://toughmudder.com/events/tri-state/tri-state-course-map/) til end of March, so I have plenty of time to gain 30 lbs, but if only 15 or 20 is muscle, I'll still be happy!
  3. What's up everyone! I'm 24, 6'1" and 170lbs. in ALL photos below. As I started hitting the weights and running like a fiend about a year ago I thought it would be cool to do a before/after like a bunch of you guys/girls did. So I'll check back on the regular! Also, I just ran a half marathon and I can bench 185 about 6 or 8 times.
