Chewable creatine. Some of it is vegan and some isn't. Do you know which brands are safe?
This idea makes me barf in my mouth a little bit.

I think I would lose my hard-on after grabbing one of those.

This is so poorly written that I cannot take it seriously.

Quantum physics has much to say with regard to modernistic notions of "science."
This is not really true and for some reason it kind of bothers me.
A lot of quantum physics has been hijacked by goofy new age people who give it wierd interpretations. I know this firsthand because I am a physicist AND because I enjoy studying goofy new age stuff (I really meant it when I said I like to take the good aspects and teachings from EVERYTHING).
If you really study quantum physics you'll learn that it's mostly just lots of wierd hierglyphic looking symbols strung up trying to explain something. Like all math or science really. The interpretation is very minimal. It's just a way to organize and attempt to interpret information. It's strange to me when people get all fanatic about it.

Welcome to the board!
Where in AZ are you? I'm in Tucson, at least for a few more months!

Got any proof of what you just said?

I think every religion has good things to take from it.
This isn't one of them.

Lots to do before bed around 4AM, then up at 7AMish, another workout and then drive to Seattle, give a talk and then finally relax for the night.
Hey man you've got to get some sleep.... precontest your going to get sick if you keep doing this... which is far worse than not getting in one workout

The time used on twitter would be better served actually doing something meaningful, like reading a good book, going to a self development seminar, working on their career skills, going to the gym, or anything else that would actually translate to real life importance. My $0.02.
Just like the time used to make these posts. I assume every minute of your day is optimally utilized?
EVERY SECOND KID

I fart and spend 10 bucks, so for me it's a no brainer.
The most important question is: Will you actually use this contraption. If yes, then get it. If no, then don't.

am i missing something with twitter?
People like twitter because it gives them the illusion of self importance. What they don't realize is that no one cares that they went to the grocery store today or just took a dump.

I exclusively fly Delta since my mom works there and it's free....
But I really enjoy their hummus plate, it has lots of pitas, hummus, peppers, celery, carrots, and some other stuff. It's 8 bucks, which I don't think is that bad, and is better than nothin!

We're all just super, super, super, super sensitive, that's all
That's cool, but learn to take constructive criticism. It's what wins contests.
All competitive bodybuilders can relate...........it's a very tough thing to be a pre-contest bodybuilder....mentally, psychologically, physically, etc.I recommend people experience it at least once in their lifetime...it's a pretty unique and special feeling.
I hope to someday! Maybe 2010?!

Dude you look awesome!
6 weeks is a long time though, be sure you can keep it up!

Is beef some magical seasoning that must go into everything?
Yes

I'm still waiting to see if an 8x5, signed pose, the day of the comp, photo will be available. Especially a 8x11 with all three posing signed at the bottom. Frame that puppy and put it over the mantle.
This is a great idea!

vegan nutrition with regards to bodybuilding, such as typical meals that the competitors eat.
YES
-
Yeah, the dosing isn't clear at all.....
I don't think 75 cents per pound is bad though as long as I'm getting something decent...

That letter is very poorly written. You don't insult the person your trying to persuade. But this is probably just a publicity stunt anyway.

Dude your side chest looks amazing! Your lower chest is phenomenal!

Does anyone know if the vitamin mix that one can add to Gemma is vegan?
I saw one of our forum members posted it over at their discussion board but there was no reply....
Vegan Suit Needed ASAP
in General Discussion
Posted
Yo,
Surprisingly I don't own a suit yet.
I need to buy a suit in the next few days. I want to be able to wear it for a gala event next week but I also want it to be suitable for job interviews/work (I don't do the dating coach thing full time fyi).
So that begs the question: Where in the hell can I find a nice vegan suit?
My dad phoned me today and recommended I get a "European cut" suit, because of my build or whatever. He said to go to K and G or the Men's Wearhouse. There you can get a nice suit for under $150.
Is it gonna be vegan though? Should I care? I don't know what to do.
