But you know what ? MINUS 5 lbs and I feel soooooooooooooooooo good Tomorrow I go climbing WOAW Good Week end everybody
  3. Minus 5 lbs (its not a lot but it s encouraging !) Weather is getting better. Inspiring for outside sports ! We have positives tempetures since yesterday and an amazing sun shine today YES !   4. Wednesday AM Visit my dietetician I have to upgrate my proteins in my lunch if I want to loose weight. Cautions : 1. I have to eat more beans and legumes. 2. I bought Organic Soya Protein (Powder) witch seems to be a good supply. Ready to prepare some shake's beverage ! PM Cardio training. Good to burn fat. 40 minutes biking level 10/11 (1 to 20) heart rate 125 40 minutes jogging 20 minutes fast walk stretching and relax breathing ! Very Good Day for me.   6. Yes, It was just to try.... It needs some adjustments. I want to know how I feel with this programm before asking an advice to the coach. First I try to make the movements as well as possible.

  8. Here we GO !!!! Tomorrow it s Monday. Tomorrow I start to be a serious girl with NO CHOCOLATE and NO WINE on my diet. Yes, I know I am too much gourmand...... I start this topic to help me to reach my objectives : 1. I want to loose 20 lbs. 2. I want to be abble to run for the half marathon of Montreal on september.   11. I live in Canada. I am 38 years old and I have a nice family with 2 kids. Youngest I used to be a very sportive girl but becoming mum bring me in a sedentary routine. I am vegetarian since five years. Before that, I ve never eat a lot of meat, so, that didn t made a big difference when I decide to stop all kind of meat and fish. I beleive strongly in the ecological and ethical legitimation of vegetarianism. In a constant quest of harmony with myself, saoul and body, I started sport 8 months ago. Jogging, musculation, ice-skating, and anything I can have pleasure with ...... And you know what ? I FEEL SO GOOD I decided to subscribe to this forum to share some experiences of sport in a 'vegan mind/way of life'. PS : Sorry for my bad english. I am french. But I haven t find something similar in my first language, joining sport and vegan life. Hope it won t make a difference for you, and then, I will practice my mind !
