  5. First week of training, first pictures. I can feel my arms a getting stronger I have some difficulties with losing fat (I even weigh more than last week), I think I'm eating too much, but I do not know if eating less than 1900 calories would be ok, in fact i might still grow a bit.   8. It's actually a bit difficult to find soy products and things less common. Fresh and raw fruits are also a bit difficult to find and there is only one veg-shop around. It stopped snowing yesterday, and today is a hot day. I appreciate that weather because it's hot while the peaks are still white around the valley. Thanks much guys I feel better since i started my routine!
  9. I would also say quinoa. Usually i cook about 500 grams of quinoa on sunday evening. It lasts 3 or 4 days, very useful when you have no time. You can also spread some Tamari on it (soy sauce, very strong so don't spread much on the quinoa) and it becomes a bit tasty. quinoa has also 14 grams of proteins for each 100 grams you eat, very interresting 5 minutes meal.
  10. I'd like to start a thread to share with each one of you my progress. I am focusing getting strong and fast, bulking up muscle losing fat. I start with bulking up at home with a set of dumbells and a bench press 4 days a week, and I'm trying to focus on doing cardio at least 4 days a week. March 17th 2010 -Vegan for 2 months -5.6" tall -157 pounds When i was a kid, i used to do a lot of sport, but i changed my lifestyle when I was 13, and I became fat. now I'm sixteen, and I want to get rid of that fat and become stronger than I've ever been. I have strong quads (i used to do a lot of mountain bike) and the rest of my body is actually weak, plus it's covered by fat.   11. Hello everyone, my name is David and i'm 16 years old. I come from a county of "meat eaters", alsace. Here the traditionnal food is really important to the local inhabitants, but i'm the black sheep out there. I turned vegetarian 4 months ago and vegan about 2 months ago, when a friend of mine told me about it. I can tell that I feel much better, I'm in a great shape and I'm about to begin a bodybuilding routine. I'm really happy to join that community!
