  3. There's Titan's on Tidus street; Fitness Plus in Dartmouth; and Bushido-Kai on Oxford Street... I've heard good things about Titan's and Bushido-Kai (heard that Georges St.Pierre and Royce Gracie gave seminars at B-K)... Hope it helps

    ..wohne schon über 20 jahre in Kanada... es ist ein schönes Land... kannst es dir ja ruhig mal anschaun - gefällt dir sicher.. kein stress, der alltag ist gelassen..ich würde nimma nach .at ziehn... mein cousin hat auch vor das er auswandert google translate.. phhhbt... fancy stuff! I'd rather fight my way through a language !

  9. Well it arrived in Nova Scotia today! ..leafed through it - read a couple of chapters - NICE WORK!
  10. ...I'm think that I'm getting too many carbs to cut - here is what I had today: B: 2sl Ezekiel Cinnamon Raisin Bread w/ P, H2O S: 1sc Vega, 1/2 c carrots/broccoli (raw), 1 apple L: 1/2c rice noodles with a bean stew (mushrooms, peppers, ground beans) S: 1sc Vega D: 1/2c wild rice, 3/4c tofu, 1c choc. almond milk drink: Tea (1 teasp. sugar, a bit of almond milk) H20 Treat: 3 acai chocolates (nuggets) Totals so far: Cals: 1950ish, Fat: 65g, Carbs: 250g ( ) Prot: 104 ..and I plan on having 1 serving of Vega before bed... that would total: just shy of 2200 cals, 71g fat, 270g carbs ( whoa nelly!!!! ) and 130g Protein Thoughts? Tomorrow, for example, my lunch will be 1c wild rice, 1c cooked tofu w/ veggies... not sure about dinner yet, but it'll be pretty close to what I have now. Should I cut out the Ezekiel and PB for breakfast and have a shake instead? I generally don't have a cup of almond milk but it's a treat.. Here's a sample for tomorrow: B: 1serving Vega (Berry) S: 1c raw carrots/broccoli L: 1c wild rice, tofu w/ veggies S: 1 serving Vega (Vanilla Chai) D: 1 serving Veganique What should I be aiming for in terms of carbs? ..not easy trying to get plenty of protein while keeping the carbs low - and I don't want to get sick of shakes, either! Any input greatly appreciated (Rem - trying to replace fat w/ muscle (and loose fat))

  15. I bought GP3 from GNC - it's a combo of 7g Creatine / 7g Glutamine / 12.5g BCAA's per serving (8 caps) - while they come in gelatin caps, I just pop the caps open and throw the powder mixture into 1/3c juice.

  18. .mind set is the key.. you need to WANT it to get it... My buddy is a bb and we went to the gym the other day after he'd been up for 18 hours and working... he pushed himself and delivered on every set ... mind over matter.

I'm 37 and just started an actual workout regime in the gym (went to gym before but did what I felt like) - and I enjoy running, but I need to get rid of some fat yet (say 30lbs of it) - and I share your goal boardn10.... they have BB competitions and I would love to have them announce my name with the added "natural BBer and is a Vegan" .. I figure 2012 is a good year for that... 2 years to go from avg me to the stage seems realistic.. eh?

  21. ..SK and the Maritimes are a lot alike - can't get most of the good stuff here... 5lbs is too much... if they had 2lb sizes, I'd jump on it, but............ If you decide to get 5lbs, let me know, I'll buy a couple of lbs from ya
  22. ..is it just me or are you doing too much cardio for trying to bulk up? ..and are you getting enough calories? ..looking at your food intake, it doesn't look like it to me (tho I'm just a noob...)
  23. What do you contribute the loss to? I was under the impression that your muscle mass wouldn't drastically decrease as long as you're at least doing w/o to maintain (i.e. 1x or 2x/week for maintenance)
