  2. Heading back to the gym this morning and today is leg day. Right now i'm scarfing down two pints of blueberries and a banana and then off to the gym. I'd love to hear what other folks are working on today.

  12. Hi Kelly Welcome. I became a vegan a little over 3 years ago and shortly after that I discovered Rip Esselstyn, Robert Cheeke and a lot of other people devoted to veganism fitness and health. I have a bodybuilding background and I initially was worried about the whole protein thing but quickly did research and I think going vegan was the best decision I ever made.

Hey Divamom Actually there are more Jews of color than you might realize, there are even many synagogues in the United States that are historically black, there is even one here in Philly that I visit a lot.   21. This is actually a hard question to answer because I have been exercising in the form of weightlifting since I was 19 and consistently since I was 21 BTW I'm 42 now and I feel like exercise and fitness is a part of who I am, I don't think my body could function without exercise.
