thanks, yeah i feel i have a lot more to go, but its prob. just in my head. I'm 6-2 and the pic doesn't show my arms or back/shoulders well and my hips down are so ripped from endurance training. People always say my skin looks good, veganism def. helps as i am almost 40. people always mistake me for in my early 20s. =)

i will be watching most of it. WIll not be watching basketball. excited for all the cycling, triathlon, swimming, diving, track & field, marathon and i like the gymnastics once they get through the prelims.
